Terms of Service & Booking Policy

1. Booking & Reservation

A non-refundable Reservation Retainer is required to secure your booking. This retainer confirms your slot and is applied toward your package.

2. Rescheduling

One (1) reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability. Requests made within 7 days of the session will incur a ₱500 rescheduling fee.

3. Client Cancellation

The Reservation Retainer is forfeited upon cancellation. No refunds will be issued.

4. No-Show Policy

If the Client fails to appear for the scheduled session without prior notice (no-show), the session is considered forfeited. The full package fee becomes payable. The Reservation Retainer will not be refunded, and the remaining balance becomes due and payable in full.

5. Studio Cancellation / Force Majeure

In the event we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or force majeure (typhoon, government restrictions, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

6. Session Rules

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
• No outside food/drinks unless pre-approved.
• Respect studio equipment and props.

7. Image Rights & Delivery

V2 Photography Studio owns the copyright of all images. Clients receive personal, non-commercial usage rights. Studio retains the right to use images for portfolio and promotion (opt-out available upon request).

8. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is due before or on the day of the session. All payments are non-refundable except in cases of studio cancellation.

9. Liability

We are not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings. Clients are responsible for their own health and safety during the session.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
